ICAN Ad-Hoc - Brittania Morey

Brittania Morey - ICAN Ad-Hoc Member

I am pleased to serve on the ISCA board as a representative of the Iowa College Access Network (ICAN). The Iowa College Access Network has long been a partner of both ISCA and the school counseling community of Iowa, and as a board member I look forward to continuing to grow that relationship.

As an ICAN representative I work between our two organizations on various partnership programs including the counselor professional development webinar series and the New Counselor Resource Guide. In addition, I chair the Communications/Marketing committee and help with the ISCA website.

As a partner I am happy to serve on the ISCA Conference committee and assist each year with the conference planning, including the design and printing of the conference program. This year I am also happy to have helped with the design of the conference logo.

At ICAN I am the Director of Communications, spending my days creating programs that will help Iowa students advance successfully through high school, preparing them for college, degree attainment, and a successful career.

My personal time is mainly spent chasing after my son, who turned four this past summer. I also enjoy movies, gardening, reading, cooking, attending concerts, and traveling to new and exciting places. I live in Marion with my husband Joe and my son Arthur.
