ISCA ANNUAL CONFERENCE NOVEMBER 5-7, 2023
The Iowa School Counselor Association invites you to join K-12 counselors, administrators, graduate students, and education professionals at HyVee Hall in the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, IA, November 5-7, for the 2023 ISCA Conference: “Lighting the Future.” If you sell to the school counselor market, or want college student referrals, you can’t afford to miss the opportunity to exhibit at ISCA’s annual conference.

Sponsorships offer unique benefits beyond those received by exhibitors, including additional signage and logo placement, introductions by the ISCA President to the general assembly, and the chance to speak directly to all conference attendees at peak moments in the conference schedule.
Companies or organizations who would like to become sponsors of the ISCA conference will be recognized at various levels. Please click here to see the sponsorship levels. An exhibit booth is included with a Bronze Level sponsorship or higher. You may view this year's tentative exhibit map here. Upon registration, you will be provided an opportunity to submit your booth placement preference. Please note that payment must be received within 30 days of registration to guarantee your booth preference.

Exhibiting at the ISCA Conference provides the opportunity to speak directly with 600+ school counselors and educational professionals. Breaks are strategically scheduled to maximize exhibit time and allow attendees the opportunity to visit your booth.
Companies or organizations who would like to become exhibitors of the ISCA conference have the choice of a Standard Exhibit Booth or a Premium Exhibit Booth.
All exhibit booths include:
- One draped and skirted table with two chairs.
- One full conference registration for your company rep.
- Company/organization listing on the ISCA conference website and in the conference program given to every attendee.
- Link to your company/organization website from conference website.

Electrical, telephone, and audiovisual are not included in the registration fee. * CANCELLATIONS *
In the event of cancellation, written notification of intent to cancel must be received by ISCA on or before October 1, 2023. All sums paid by the exhibitor, less a fee of $100 per booth, will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2023.
