This form is only to submit your session proposal for consideration. To submit, please click the register button. Please also indicate what type of presenter you are with the registration type. You will be notified of proposal acceptance promptly after the August 6 deadline, and will be able to register for the conference at that time at the regular member rate.

Please note: Do not register as a presenter until you receive your acceptance letter from the conference committee.
