Pre-conference registration is included as an additional charge within the online registration form. For descriptions of the sessions, please visit the pre-conference page. The sessions are $20 each, in addition to the regular conference registration fees.

License Renewal Credit information
You must attend a pre-conference and the entire conference for License Renewal credit. Cost is $25 and will be available at the conference.

Lodging Information
Please visit our room reservations page for hotel reservation information.

Please also register yourself individually and send your invoice to your business office for payment.

Membership dues are not included in conference registration fees this year.

* REFUND POLICY: 
--A full refund will be given if we receive written cancellation at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the conference start date. 
--A 50% refund will be given if you cancel between 13 and 3 days prior to the conference start date.
--No refunds will be given if you cancel within 3 days of the conference start date.

** Please note: For brand new PayPal users, there is a temporary $1.00 fee for a creating a new PayPal account, and it is refunded or credited once your account is validated.
